Suspension noise that two garages couldn't figure out, any suggestions?

I've got this clunking sound coming from the front of my A5 whenever I go over speed bumps or uneven roads. Took it to two different garages already and both said everything looks fine, nothing loose, no obvious wear. But the noise is definitely there and it's getting more frequent. I'm not imagining it, my wife hears it too. I'm starting to think I need someone who'll actually spend time diagnosing rather than just putting it on a lift for five minutes and saying it's fine. Someone told me to look for a Trusted car repair garage in Musaffah that deals specifically with European cars since they'd know the common failure points on these models. Has anyone had a similar mystery noise? What did it end up being and how did they find it?
